    Job Title: Helpdesk OperatorPay: £11.85 per hourTemp to permHours: 4 days / 4 nights 7am-7pm / 7pm-7amLocation - Leeds HospitalMain Duties include:Receive and manage calls in a courteous mannerProvide a customer focused professional response to Trust queries, complaints and fault callsGather and accurately input in to the CAFM system details of fault callsPrioritise fault calls against a pre agreed set of criteriaProvide information re: fault calls to rest of FM maintenance teamTo provide standard management reportsTo contact and pass on relevant details to external service providersGenerate standard management reports for the Trust and others as requestedProvide feedback to callers re position of individual tasksMaintain filing system ensuring accurate records are keptUndertake overtime to cover for absent colleaguesTo participate in a shift rota and work in a flexible manner in order to provide a continuous serviceQualifications and Key Skills:Experience in a customer facing roleExperience of dealing with customers over the telephoneFully conversant with standard office packages e.g. excel, word, emailHave an understanding of the operational procedures and safe working practices applicable to the taskFully conversant with standard office packages e.g. excel, word, emailAbility to work shifts 24/7 365 days per year.
