We want our placement year students to get the most from their Randstad experience. We offer 40 placement year jobs across the UK, ranging from HR assistants to trainee recruitment consultants. Not only will it give you credible work experience for when you leave uni, you’ll enjoy the rewarding feeling of helping others succeed in their chosen career too. We’ll even give you a day off for your birthday and another to volunteer for a charity of your choice. 

Our trainee recruitment consultant roles are always a big hit. We’ll give you an insight into sales and give you all the tools you’ll need to succeed in the world of recruitment. We’ll work with you to carefully pick a sector that suits your skills and personality. There’s everything from working the rewarding public sector (placing teachers into local schools and helping care workers find their next role) to the bustling world of finance, business and construction.
