Morgan Sindall specialises in construction, infrastructure, fit-out, property services, housing, regeneration and development was working with a high number of regional suppliers for their workforce requirements, resulting in an inefficient and costly supply of labour across its multiple UK-wide site network.
After consultation with the client, the MS Labour Desk was set-up. This is a true partnership and way of working, putting individual supplier needs to one side, in order to achieve the overall goals of the client.
