11 February 2026Rahul Ganorkar, Chief Information Officer
Rahul earned his Engineering degree from IIT Mumbai, India and started his career working for the Citi group building retail banking products. Moved to Tokyo to work for Deutsche Bank before landing in the US to explore the staffing industry as a software engineer solving the Y2K puzzles! He has been through four different mergers & acquisitions to finally become a part of Randstad. He has held varied roles in IT during his tenure at Randstad, rolling out new tech, consolidating & integrating systems across multiple M&As and on to a Digital Transformation journey. He was instrumental in standing up the GCC IT team for Randstad. He enjoys using data & technology to solve real-life business problems. Rahul started as the CIO for Randstad UK&Ireland in July 2025.

Kajetan Słonina, Managing Director
Kajetan Słonina received a Master degree in business from Warsaw School of Economics, Poland in 1987. After several years in the music industry, he founded “Active Plus” and developed it as the No.5 staffing agency in Poland based on revenues. After the successful merger with Randstad in 2009, he became Managing Director of Randstad Poland and later Eastern Europe (Czech Republic, Slovakia, Hungary, Turkey, & Greece) was added to his remit. He was appointed Managing Director of Randstad Japan in 2016 and since July 2021 overseeing Randstad Asia. From 2023, Kajetan started as the Chief Executive APAC and as a member of the executive leadership team.

Our responsibilities go beyond just hitting sales targets - my team and I strive to build strong customer relationships, drive long-term business value and strengthen Randstad’s market positioning. With over 25 years experience in corporate and SME leadership, I have led specialised and cross-functional teams, driven business development, fostered innovation, and promoted operational excellence to achieve sustainable growth in a competitive market.

I joined Randstad in January 2024 having worked in various HR leadership positions in a diverse range of companies from start-ups and scale-ups to large global corporate organisations. I am passionate about leveraging people-related data to deliver actionable insight to shape and drive business strategy and performance. I truly believe in HR as an active and involved partner, to enable the business to deliver growth, both in terms of commercial and personal, to attract and retain the best team, elevate productivity and improve engagement, by building a diverse and inclusive working environment for everyone.
