Two Randstad operating companies have been recognised in the 2012 Sunday Times Best Companies to Work for league table.

Competing with 1082 organisations across the UK for Accreditation, Randstad Staffing, which encompasses our business lines of care, education, student and worker support, inhouse services, business support, sales and retail recruitment, was ranked 100th.

Randstad CPE, our construction, property and engineering recruitment business, was ranked 64th. Randstad CPE also achieved a 2 Star Accreditation for Outstanding Employee Engagement (of which only 179 companies achieved this).

The Best Companies league ranking identifies best practice and rates companies based on employee responses to a series of questions around a company’s ability to provide leadership, wellbeing and personal growth, as well as canvassing people’s views on their management, colleagues and happiness score.

“Whilst Randstad isn’t a stranger to the Best Companies accolade, having appeared in previous years, the fact that we have more of our business lines represented than ever before is an indication of the progress we’re making as an organisation.” says Mark Bull, UK CEO.  “Our vision is to be the ideal recruitment partner in the UK and to achieve this we firmly believe we need to be the ideal recruitment firm to work for. We are passionate about achieving this ambition and I would like to thank our talented staff for their contribution to our success.”
