Two Randstad operating companies have been recognised in the 2012 Sunday Times Best Companies to Work for league table.<br />

Competing with 1082 organisations across the UK for Accreditation, Randstad Staffing, which encompasses our business lines of care, education, student and worker support, inhouse services, business support, sales and retail recruitment, was ranked 100th. <br />
<br />
Randstad CPE, our construction, property and engineering recruitment business, was ranked 64th. Randstad CPE also achieved a 2 Star Accreditation for Outstanding Employee Engagement (of which only 179 companies achieved this).<br />

The Best Companies league ranking identifies best practice and rates companies based on employee responses to a series of questions around a company’s ability to provide leadership, wellbeing and personal growth, as well as canvassing people’s views on their management, colleagues and happiness score. <br />
