Peter Shrimpton, Managing Director of Randstad Retail, said; “Graduates have a significant role to play in the world of retail. It's crucial to support and nurture talent at a grass roots level – it’s a real investment in the retail talent of tomorrow.”

Peter Shrimpton adds; “We work closely with Oxford Brookes University, supporting their students by running practical personal development workshops. Despite the current skills shortage, graduates still find it difficult to secure that first all-important foot on the career ladder. Randstad Retail works closely with a number of the UK’s favourite retailers and we understand the qualities, skills and personalities the industry demands. We’re in the unique position to offer valuable job hunting advice, which the graduates can then put into practice.”
Randstad Retail has been in close partnership with Oxford Brookes University and its students for over a decade, demonstrating sustainable support and championing store managers of the future.
