This role requires strict adherence to on-site speed and handling protocols to protect vehicle integrity while collaborating with logistics teams to meet daily distribution schedules.

To work as part of a high-performing manufacturing team in the assembly and production of luxury vehicles. This involves following strict standard operating sequences, maintaining exceptional build quality, and ensuring a safe working environment while helping build iconic global brands.

To act as a subject matter expert at the Electric Propulsion Manufacturing Centre, guiding production operators and launching next-generation electric propulsion products. This role focuses on writing clear work instructions, managing prototype builds through the line, and delivering hands-on technical training to unleash the team's full potential.

To coordinate the seamless flow of components and raw materials across the manufacturing plant to keep production lines moving efficiently. This role involves receiving goods, securely managing inventory, utilising digital tracking systems, and operating machinery (such as forklifts) in line with site safety regulations.

To maintain precise inventory control and support annual audit processes within the parts and material stores. This methodical role involves performing systematic physical stock counts, checking part numbers against sheets, and inspecting storage locations to ensure they are clean, organised, and audit-ready.

To monitor and audit manufacturing, laboratory, or operational processes to ensure strict compliance with internal quality systems and global regulatory standards. Identify deviations, support root-cause investigations, and assist in implementing corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).

• Manchester, Greater City Centre (M1): Join us at our high-tech Software Development Centre located in the heart of the city. This agile digital hub focuses on engineering connected vehicle technologies, cloud platforms, and big data analytics to power next-generation in-car premium experiences.
• Castle Bromwich, West Midlands (B35): Join us at a cornerstone of JLR’s industrial footprint. This sprawling 112-acre facility serves as a vital, centralized hub dedicated to premium vehicle body construction, advanced steel and aluminum press operations, and specialized component assembly.
• Wolverhampton, West Midlands (WV9): Join us at the cutting-edge Electric Propulsion Manufacturing Centre (EPMC). This ultra-modern facility is the heart of JLR’s electrification strategy, specializing in the assembly of advanced batteries, electric drive units, and ultra-efficient propulsion systems.
• Halewood, Merseyside (L24): Join us at our major vehicle assembly plant located just outside Liverpool. This advanced manufacturing hub oversees the full, end-to-end robotic production and assembly for iconic modern luxury models like the Range Rover Evoque and Discovery Sport.
• Fen End, Warwickshire (CV8): Join us at our specialized Vehicle Operations and engineering test site. Set across a expansive former airfield, this unique facility acts as a key base for specialist engineers creating custom, low-volume, and one-off premium vehicles, alongside hosting heritage driving experiences.
• Oxford Road, Ryton (CV8): Join us at the home of JLR Special Vehicle Operations (SVO) and JLR Classic Works. This specialized facility is dedicated to engineering ultra-luxury bespoke vehicles, high-performance collectors' models, and meticulously restoring legendary heritage cars from automotive history.
