Our Randstad Inhouse Services team listened carefully to feedback from furloughed workers. The message was loud and clear - furlough can feel emotionally draining for some whilst others enjoy a break from the world of work. We wanted to step up and offer an extra layer of support and that’s why we teamed-up with Go-Train. Our RIS workers are already enjoying FREE access to over 25 online support tools and courses. In addition to keeping busy, learning a new skill during lockdown can also help boost CV appeal and future pay. Many courses even result in an official accreditation.
