The last year and a half has shifted how businesses work and has forced changes to when and where people work. With restrictions starting to ease and some businesses returning to the office, we listened to our people to find out how they wanted to work moving forward. The overwhelming feedback was that they wanted a flexible approach to their working location. We heard that they wanted the flexibility to still work from home, but to also come to the office sometimes and have the connection and atmosphere that an office environment brings. This is why flex@randstad means our people can find a balance between home and office working that suits them.
Spend time with your family and pets
Working from home has also meant that time with family, loved-ones and pets has taken much more of a priority. We want everyone who works with us to have a career that works seamlessly with their personal lives. Flex@randstad means that our people can flex their hours to accommodate their personal life. Doctors appointments, picking the kids up or working earlier to enjoy more of the sun in the afternoons no longer need to be a stress or a burden. So long as our teams are happy, our clients are happy and our candidates are happy; we’re happy.
