When you begin a flexible assignment, it is crucial to make a good first impression:
  • arrive 10 minutes early
  • adhere to the company dress code
  • avoid making personal calls or e-mails
  • switch off your mobile phone

the benefits 
Most people start work with Randstad on a contract of employment which has a number of associated benefits. When you start work, your consultant will inform you of these benefits and you will be given a Flex Associate handbook for reference.

The Randstad Group Personal Accident Insurance Policy is a comprehensive insurance scheme, which provides you with a range of financial benefits in the event that you suffer accidental bodily injury whilst working on an assignment at one of our client’s premises, or whilst travelling directly to and from the workplace.

required documents
If you have your P45 give it to your consultant as soon as you have confirmed your assignment. If you do not have a P45, we will provide you with a P46 to complete.

If you need to complete a weekly timesheet, your consultant will tell you before you start your assignment. Completed timesheets must be signed by an authorised person and arrive with us on a Friday after you have finished work.

To end an assignment, let us know immediately to ensure a smooth transition for both you and the company.
