We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced 1:1 Special Educational Needs (SEN) Teaching Assistant to join a highly regarded primary school in Burgess Hill, West Sussex. Join an inclusive, specialist day and residential school dedicated to supporting 90+ learners (ages 5-19) with moderate to profound complex needs, including Autism and Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties (EBD). This is a full-time, permanent role: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM - 4:00 PM, Term-Time Only. ASAP start (notice periods considered).

Essential Requirements:
GCSE Maths and English (or equivalent).
Eligibility to work in the UK.
Desirable: Level 2 Diploma in Teaching and Learning (or similar).
Experience working 1:1 with children or young adults with Autism and complex SEN.
Strong understanding and practical experience with various SEN communication strategies.
A nurturing, patient, resilient, and highly adaptable approach.
