Job Title: 1:1 Teaching Assistant

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide one-to-one support tailored to the pupil's individual needs
  
  
• Assist with day-to-day classroom activities and encourage active participation
  
  
• Offer emotional and behavioural support where required
  
  
• Work alongside teaching staff to implement effective, child-centred learning strategies
  
  
• Monitor progress and communicate updates with staff and parents
  
  

What We're Looking For:

• Experience supporting children, particularly in a 1:1 or SEN role
  
  
• Strong communication skills, patience, and a compassionate approach
  
  
• A flexible and proactive attitude with a genuine interest in supporting children's development
