Responsibilities- Executing core administrative and operational tasks accurately and efficiently
- Managing client and provider fee data to maintain data integrity and mitigate operational risk
- Processing and updating client fee static data in core systems to accurately reflect agreed-upon client terms.
- Preparing fee calculations and raising accurate client invoices for all fees due.
- Maintaining comprehensive provider invoice data, including liaising with external Providers to obtain necessary information or valuations.
- Preparing fee calculations and raising provider invoices for fees due from the organisation.
- Exceptional Attention to Detail is paramount for processing accuracy.
- Effective Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills to address discrepancies and maintain data integrity.

Technical & Sector Knowledge
- Full Microsoft 365 Proficiency is required (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).
- Strong IT Proficiency with the ability to quickly adapt to core processing systems (training provided on Avaloq).
- An Understanding of the Financial Services Sector is highly desirable.
