We are seeking a dynamic and versatile Design & Technology / IT Teacher to join a leading school in Sharjah. This is a unique combined role, ideal for an educator who enjoys delivering both digital and hands-on learning experiences.

You'll play a key role in developing students' technical, creative, and problem-solving skills across a broad and engaging curriculum.

• Deliver engaging lessons across IT, Design, Graphics, Woodwork, and Metalwork
• Inspire students through practical, project-based and technology-driven learning
• Create a safe, well-managed workshop and classroom environment
• Support students in developing creativity, technical skills, and independent thinking
• Differentiate teaching to meet a range of abilities and learning styles
• Assess progress and provide meaningful feedback to support development
• Collaborate with colleagues to enhance cross-curricular learning
• Contribute to school initiatives and ongoing professional development

We're looking for an enthusiastic educator who:

• Has experience teaching a combination of IT and Design & Technology subjects
• Enjoys both practical workshop teaching and digital/creative instruction
• Brings energy, creativity, and innovation into the classroom
• Works effectively as part of a collaborative team
• Builds strong relationships with students and colleagues

• Bachelor's degree in Design & Technology, IT, Engineering, or a related field
• Recognised teaching qualification (QTS or equivalent)
• Minimum of 2 years' post-qualification teaching experience (Australia, New Zealand, UK, or Ireland preferred)
• Experience with the Victorian (Australian) curriculum is advantageous but not essential
• International teaching experience welcomed
