Key Responsibilities
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of clients and nurturing strong, long-term relationships through continuous engagement.
● This involves working with a team of experts to schedule client assignments, proactively identify new consulting opportunities, and ensure that all project objectives are delivered on time.
● You will also contribute to the office's work plan and diversification strategies, handle ad-hoc client queries, and proactively engage with clients about new project opportunities.
● Financial Reporting and Analysis: Preparing and reviewing financial statements, budgets, and financial forecasts for your clients.
● Compliance Oversight: Ensuring all client activities adhere to relevant accounting standards, tax laws, and industry regulations.
● Strategic Business Advisory: Offering proactive, high-level financial advice to help clients achieve their business goals and improve profitability.
● Team Leadership: Mentoring and guiding junior staff, delegating tasks, and fostering a collaborative team environment.
Requirements:
- Qualified Accountant with experience in practice accounting who is a motivated, self-starting professional ready to advance their career.
- ● The ideal candidate has excellent interpersonal skills, a knack for supervising and mentoring junior staff, and a track record of effectively advising clients.
- ● You should also have strong organizational and time management skills to handle a diverse range of responsibilities.
