Job Title: Site Administrator

Rate: £14.00 per hour (PAYE)

About the Role
We are looking for an organized and reliable Site Administrator to join a busy construction team starting this Monday. Operating directly out of the site office, you will be the main point of administrative support, keeping site operations running smoothly, safely, and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Site Reception & Site Access: Welcoming visitors, managing site sign-in/sign-out logs, and administering site induction paperwork.
- Document Control: Uploading, organizing, and filing site documentation, including RAMS, daily allocation sheets, delivery notes, and site logs.
- Timesheets & Payroll Prep: Collecting, verifying, and submitting weekly timesheets for site operatives and subcontractors.
- Health & Safety Records: Assisting the Site Manager in maintaining up-to-date H&S records, training certificates, and CSCS card registers.
- General Admin: Managing site correspondence, answering phones, ordering office supplies and PPE, and supporting the management team as needed.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Experience: Previous administrative experience (prior experience in construction, civil engineering, or site offices is a distinct advantage).
- IT Skills: Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams); familiarity with site management/document control software is a plus.
- Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills with a clear, professional telephone manner.
- Attributes: Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced site environment.
- Site Safety: Valid CSCS card is desirable, though not strictly required for all office-bound roles.
