Role: Payroll Administrator
Location: NE12
Rate of Pay: £14 per hour + holiday pay
Shift: 9am to 5pm (Monday to Friday)
Contract: Temp to Perm
Details: 3 days at home, 2 days in the office
Job Responsibilities:
... - Ensure payroll and benefit processes are in line with current legislation
- Process payroll cycle and manage absence administration
- Manage pensions (annual pension returns, input pension amendments and process auto enrolment)
- Liaise with line managers and HR Partners to resolve employee queries
- Support with activity of the annual benefits window, ensuring payments and deductions are calculated and record in system
Requirements:
- Payroll experience
- Knowledge of pension and payroll schemes and legislation
- Good communication skills
- Confidentiality and knowledge of GDPR
- Analytical and problem solving skills
- Sufficient skills with Microsoft packages
