Are you an organised, personable professional who thrives at the heart of a team? We are looking for a Project Administrator to serve as the essential bridge connecting our internal operations, external stakeholders, and the local Brighton community.
In this versatile role, you will anchor day-to-day operations while ensuring our communications-both internal and external's seamless, clear, and welcoming.
Key Responsibilities
- HR & Internal Communications: Support internal announcements, policy updates, and employee engagement initiatives to foster a transparent and supportive workplace culture.
- Customer & Stakeholder Relations: Act as a primary point of contact for external inquiries, handling correspondence with efficiency, warmth, and professionalism to maintain high satisfaction.
- Community Engagement: Assist with local outreach, supporting community partnerships and local initiatives.
- General Administration: Keep the broader team organised and agile through comprehensive support, including calendar management, data entry, meeting coordination, and routine logistical tasks.
