About the Role
We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Facilities Administrator to join our busy team in Bristol. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong administrative skills to become an essential part of our daily operations.
You will be the backbone of our facilities department, providing crucial support to ensure our workplace runs smoothly and efficiently. Your main focus will be on managing financial administration tasks, including processing purchase orders and handling invoices, while using your excellent Excel skills to maintain accurate records.
Key Responsibilities
Purchase Orders: Efficiently raising, tracking, and managing purchase orders for a variety of facilities services and supplies.
Invoicing: Accurately processing supplier invoices, matching them to purchase orders, and preparing them for payment approval.
Excel Management: Maintaining and updating key spreadsheets for budget tracking, supplier management, and maintenance logs. Strong proficiency in MS Excel is essential for this role.
Supplier Communication: Acting as a point of contact for supplier queries regarding payments and orders.
General Administration: Providing comprehensive administrative support to the Facilities Manager as required.
What We're Looking For
Proven experience in an administrative role.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel is a must.
Direct experience with invoicing and purchase order processes.
Excellent attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
Strong organisational and time-management skills.
A proactive and positive attitude.
