We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Administrator to join our team. The
successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations,
supporting management, and providing excellent service to both staff and clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle general office administration, including correspondence, filing, and data entry
- Maintain accurate records and databases
- Operate and maintain office equipment, including label printers and printing machines
- Fill out and maintain label control sheets accurately
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Provide exceptional communication and customer service, both internally and Externally
Requirements:
- Previous experience in an administrative role .
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and general IT systems
- Experience using label printers, printing machines, and other office equipment
- Ability to accurately complete and manage label control sheets
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities
- Own transport and a valid driving license
