- Welcoming visitors/ contractors, and processing contractor badges
- Using company systems and programmes - training will be provided
- Raising and sending purchase orders
- Comfortable with Microsoft packages, Word, Excel. etc
- General Admin duties, emailing, inbound and outbound calls
- Use initiative, and providing team work to your colleagues
