If the answer is "Yes", then Holcim is looking for someone like you to support them as an Administrator on a temporary ongoing basis
Role - Administrator
Pay - £12.60 per hour
Location- Holcim UK, Station Approach, Harlow CM20 2EL
Shift pattern- Mon-Fri, 7am - 4pm with a paid 30 minute break (ideally 3 days in the office 2 remote)
Duration- 6 months ongoing
Start date - ASAP
Responsibilities:
- Running operational reports on sales, materials, invoices, returns
- Reviewing reports and highlighting any discrepancies
- Uploading reports and defects onto the system, using Holcim internal systems (full training provided)
- Communicating report findings with relevant staff members
- General administration duties, emailing, filing, data entry, answering calls
- Collaborating data into IT systems
Experience needed:
- Prior experience in an office based administrative role
- Capacity to operate under minimal supervision
- Strong IT literacy skills with MS Office and Google suite
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
