Job Title: Resource Coordinator
Location: Remote (UK-based)
Contract Type: Temporary (3 months, with potential to extend)
Working Hours: Full-time, 37.5 hours per week (Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM)
Salary: Up to £26,000 per annum, depending on skills and experience (paid weekly via recruitment agency; timesheets required)
Travel: Occasional travel for meetings
About the Role:
We are seeking a proactive and organised Resource Coordinator to join our team, supporting the Frontline Hub, which encompasses Soft Services and Central Functions. This temporary role, with the potential for extension, involves a variety of administrative and coordination tasks. You will play a key part in our recruitment processes and contribute to the smooth day-to-day operations of the hub, working closely with a Resourcing Business Partner and another coordinator.
Key Responsibilities:
- Basic sifting of candidate applications
- Scheduling interviews
- Providing excellent customer service and communication via email, phone, and text
- Maintaining and updating trackers and our recruitment system
- Providing comprehensive administrative support (full training will be provided)
- Generating basic reports by pulling data from systems
- Supporting central functions and soft services within the soft services, domestic, and security hub
Requirements:
Essential:
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficiency in MS Office applications (Outlook, Excel, Word, etc.)
- Comfortable using various computer systems and navigating recruitment tools
- Confident in engaging with candidates and vendors via email and telephone
- Strong time management and the ability to prioritise tasks effectively under pressure
- Comfortable working remotely and independently
- Reliable, ethical, and proactive approach to work
- Ability to handle high volumes of work
Desirable:
- Previous experience in recruitment or HR coordination
- Experience working in a fast-paced administrative or customer service environment
