What We're Looking For:
A minimum of 3 years' post-qualified experience as a social worker, with significant experience in adolescent safeguarding, youth justice, child protection, or contextual safeguarding.
Current and valid Social Work England registration is essential.
Proven ability to undertake complex assessments, manage high-risk cases, and develop effective intervention plans for adolescents facing issues such as exploitation, serious youth violence, county lines, and mental health challenges.
Strong understanding of relevant legislation, statutory guidance, and best practice in working with adolescents and their families.
Exceptional engagement, communication, and analytical skills, with the ability to build rapport with young people, navigate challenging dynamics, and work collaboratively with multi-agency partners.
A commitment to providing expert guidance, supervision, and mentorship to less experienced social workers.
