Randstad is recruiting on behalf of Kingston Council for experienced and dedicated Social Workers to join their Mental Health Team.

Key Responsibilities
Undertake assessments, care planning, and reviews in line with the Care Act and Mental Health Act.
Support service users with mental health needs, promoting recovery, independence, and well-being.
Work collaboratively with individuals, carers, health professionals, and other agencies.
Contribute to safeguarding investigations and participate in multi-agency meetings.
Maintain accurate and timely case records in line with professional standards.
Requirements
Social Work qualification with current Social Work England registration.
Experience in mental health social work or a similar setting.
Strong assessment, risk management, and care planning skills.
Knowledge of relevant legislation, guidance, and best practice in mental health.
Excellent communication, organisation, and problem-solving skills.
