Job Title: Advanced Practitioner (FCSP)

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Advanced Practitioner to join our team in Lambeth. The successful candidate will hold the qualification of Fellow of the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy (FCSP), demonstrating a high level of expertise and commitment to the profession. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide expert assessment, diagnosis, and treatment for a diverse caseload of patients.
- Utilize advanced clinical reasoning and evidence-based practice to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
- Act as a source of expert advice and leadership within the clinical team, supporting the development of junior colleagues.
- Contribute to the ongoing development and improvement of services.
- Maintain accurate and comprehensive patient records.
- Adhere to professional standards and guidelines set by the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy.
- Participate in relevant professional development activities to maintain and enhance clinical skills and knowledge.
Requirements:
- Current registration with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC).
- Fellow of the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy (FCSP) qualification is essential.
- Significant post-registration experience in a relevant clinical setting.
- Demonstrable advanced clinical skills and reasoning.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and team-working skills.
- Ability to work autonomously and manage a complex caseload.
- Commitment to continuous professional development.
Desirable (but not essential):
- Experience in a similar Advanced Practitioner role.
