About the Role
You'll deliver commercial impact analysis, provide actionable insights, and help improve our digital experience with the power of data.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyse web analytics data to understand user behaviour and conversion trends.
- Conduct consumer journey and commercial impact analysis.
- Build and maintain dashboards using Power BI.
- Partner with business stakeholders to define research questions and drive insight-led decisions.
- Communicate findings clearly via presentations and storytelling to senior stakeholders.
Your Background
- Proven experience in analytics, insights, and data storytelling.
- Strong business partnering and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Deep knowledge of web analytics, ideally with Adobe Analytics and/or Snowplow.
- Strong hands-on SQL skills.
