Role Overview: We are seeking an expert-level (P4) Custom Software Engineer to join a critical project within the Public Sector. This role focuses on developing high-performing, scalable iOS solutions using modern frameworks and Agile methodologies. As a subject matter expert, you will drive technical decisions, mentor junior developers, and ensure the seamless integration of complex components across multiple teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Expert Development: Design, code, and enhance custom iOS applications using modern frameworks (Swift/SwiftUI).
Technical Leadership: Act as a subject matter expert, leading team decisions and providing solutions to complex problems across multiple workstreams.
Quality Assurance: Conduct rigorous code reviews and provide constructive feedback to maintain high engineering standards.
Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative software that meets specific user requirements.
Mentorship: Foster a culture of continuous improvement by mentoring junior team members.
Technical Requirements:
Expert Proficiency: Apple iOS Application Development (Swift/SwiftUI).
Advanced Proficiency: Custom Application Development and Software Design/Architecture.
Security Clearance: Active SC Clearance is mandatory for this position.
Industry Standards: Deep understanding of Software Engineering best practices and scalable solution design.
