Location: Bristol / Cardiff / South Wales
Pay: £250 per day (Negotiable) + ALL Expenses & Mileage
Contract: 6 Months
The Opportunity:
Randstad is exclusively partnering with a leading national compliance firm to find an experienced Asbestos Surveyor. This is a well-paid, long-term contract working on a portfolio of high-profile commercial buildings.
The Role:
Conduct Management and Refurbishment Surveys across diverse commercial properties.
Report findings digitally using TEAM's software.
Work across the Bristol, Cardiff, and South Wales region.
Requirements:
Essential: BOHS P402 Certification.
Proven experience surveying commercial/public sector buildings.
Full UK Driving Licence.
