What We're Looking For:
A minimum of 3 years' post-qualified experience as a social worker, with significant experience in front-line children's services, particularly in assessment or duty teams.
Current and valid Social Work England registration is essential.
Proven ability to undertake comprehensive child and family assessments, make sound professional judgments, and formulate clear plans.
Strong understanding of relevant legislation (e.g., Children Act 1989), statutory guidance, and local safeguarding procedures.
Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with children, families, and multi-agency partners.
