2. Assessment & Safeguarding - Darlington (£31.74ph) Experience the benefits of a "small authority" feel. Darlington utilizes a relational practice framework, meaning you are supported by integrated family services and Family Group Conference teams.
The Perk: Excellent hybrid working. Base yourself at the Town Hall but manage your own diary with home-working to suit your family commitments.
The Balance: All overtime is claimable via TOIL-your hard work never goes unrecognized.
3. Assessment Team - Newcastle (£31.74ph) Work in the heart of the region in a vibrant, busy Assessment team. Ideal for those who enjoy a dynamic environment and the stability of a central location.
What We're Looking For:
SWE Registration.
Significant experience in Assessment, CIN/CP, or Care Proceedings.
A "relational" approach to social work-building real bonds with families.
The ability to manage a varied caseload with a high degree of autonomy.
