Job Title: Assistant Quantity Surveyor Location: Warrington (with regional site travel) Package: £30,000−£40,000 + Car Allowance + Bonus
The Role
Join a leading residential developer and support the commercial team from their Warrington office. You will assist with the full commercial lifecycle of housing projects across Merseyside.
Key duties include preparing tender packages, analysing bids, processing payments and variations, managing subcontractor accounts, and assisting with cost reporting and final accounts.
Candidate Profile
HNC/Degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field.
Previous experience in a similar role for a housebuilder or main contractor is essential.
Commercially astute with strong negotiation skills, IT proficiency (especially Excel), and a keen eye for detail.
An effective communicator, able to work well within a team and under pressure.
