As an Assistant Site Manager, you will be integral to the successful delivery of our new development of a medium sized project. You will work closely with the Site Manager, assisting in the day-to-day running of the site, from early construction phases to final handovers.
Responsibilities:
- Assisting the Site Manager in the overall supervision and management of the site.
- Ensuring all work is carried out to the highest standards of quality, safety, and environmental compliance.
- Monitoring and driving the build programme to ensure deadlines are met.
- Coordinating and managing subcontractors, ensuring they work efficiently and to specification.
- Conducting regular site inspections and quality checks.
- Managing material deliveries and site logistics.
- Maintaining accurate site records and reports.
- Fostering a positive, professional, and safety-conscious culture on site.
- Required Qualifications and experience:
- Proven experience as an Assistant Site Manager or a highly skilled Site Supervisor in residential construction.
- A strong understanding of residential construction processes, building regulations, and health and safety legislation.
- Valid SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid certificates.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organisational skills.
- A proactive and problem-solving approach to work.
- A passion for delivering a high-quality product for our customers.
