Your Role: You'll be working with secondary-age students (11-16) who have social, emotional, or mental health challenges. This role involves providing support to individuals or small groups, both in and out of the classroom.
Key Duties:
- Deliver steady behavioural support in various situations.
- Help students regain confidence and reconnect with their education.
- Assist with academic catch-up as needed.
- Keep detailed records of student development and well-being.
Essential Requirements:
- 6+ months of experience in a UK school.
- A valid Enhanced DBS or the readiness to apply for one.
- Legal right to work in the UK.
- Availability from 8:30 AM to 3:30 PM, Monday to Friday.
