Job Summary:
This role involves supporting secondary-age pupils with emotional and behavioural needs, both in classrooms and through home-based support when needed. You'll be a steady presence, guiding pupils through academic challenges and emotional struggles.
Your Responsibilities:
- Work with students on a 1:1 basis to support their emotional wellbeing
- Assist with lesson catch-up and academic engagement
- Respond to behavioural incidents constructively and with empathy

Maintain progress records and contribute to team planning
Requirements:
- School-based experience in the UK is essential
- Enhanced DBS (Child & Adult Workforce) required
- At least 6 months of UK-based education work
- Right to work in the UK
- Full weekday availability during school hours (8:30 AM - 3:30 PM)
