The Role:
This role involves supporting students with social, emotional, and mental health needs across secondary ages, providing classroom support as well as home support if needed. You will also be required to provide one-on-one support with any emotional issues and assist pupils who are behind with their work. Additionally, you'll complete progress reports on pupils' development.

Flexibility to provide one-on-one, group support, or home tuition as required.
Ability to deal with challenging behaviours or incidents in a calm manner.
Availability to start immediately.
Requirements:
- Previous experience working within a UK school is essential.
- Must hold an Enhanced DBS certificate (Child and Adult Workforce) or be prepared to apply for one.
- At least 6 months of experience in an educational setting within the UK.
- Legal right to work in the UK.
- Ideally available Monday to Friday.
- Able to work during standard school hours: 8:30 AM - 3:30 PM.
