About Randstad:

What You'll Do:

Support young people with SEMH challenges in secondary school settings.
Work 1:1 or in small groups, and occasionally deliver home-based tuition.
Encourage emotional growth and academic progress.
Monitor development and report regularly on student outcomes.

What We're Looking For:

Prior school experience in the UK.
Enhanced DBS (or be willing to apply).
A minimum of 6 months' experience in a classroom or support role.
UK working rights and Monday-Friday availability.
