Role Overview:
You'll support students across secondary ages with SEMH (Social, Emotional, Mental Health) needs-both in the classroom and occasionally through home-based support. The role includes 1:1 sessions to help students with emotional regulation and academic progress, alongside tracking development.

- Provide consistent, patient support for young people with SEMH challenges

Deliver personalised interventions in class, small groups, or at home
Handle behavioural incidents calmly and professionally
Keep detailed records of pupil progress and wellbeing
Essential Criteria:
- Prior experience in a UK school environment
- Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply)
- Minimum 6 months' educational support experience
- Full legal right to work in the UK
- Available full-time, Monday-Friday (8:30 AM - 3:30 PM)
