We are seeking an experienced Freelance BIM Technician to join a minor works project. Based on a Halifax site with flexible hybrid working options, you will be responsible for producing high-quality models, coordinating project data, and ensuring compliance with current BIM standards.
Key Requirements:
- Proven track record as a BIM Technician on commercial or residential projects.
- High proficiency in core BIM software (e.g., Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD).
- Experience in clash detection and multi-disciplinary model coordination.
- Ability to work independently and manage deadlines in a hybrid setup.
