Your Impact
As our Building Services Engineer, you'll:
● Own site-wide technical performance - delivering excellence in safety, compliance,
and operational standards.
● Supporting a team of 8+ skilled technical staff.
● Manage key systems including BMS, Maximo, GMARS (or similar).
● Champion GMP compliance and the highest HSE standards.f
● Drive efficiency with KPI monitoring and continuous improvement projects.
● Demonstrate attention to documentation and reporting.
● Build trusted partnerships with our client and key on-site stakeholders.
● Use CMMS (Computerised Maintenance Management Systems) to schedule and
track maintenance tasks.
● Conduct preventive and reactive maintenance of building systems.
● Recommend upgrades like LED lighting or energy-efficient HVAC systems.
● Monitor energy usage and optimise system performance to reduce costs and
environmental impact.
● Ensure all systems and equipment are compliant with Irish regulations and
standards.
What You Bring
We're looking for an engineer who is:
● Has proven experience working in technical services in a regulated environment.
● Experienced in supervising technical teams (2+ years in people management).
● Skilled in electrical or mechanical engineering (preferred).
● Confident in client-facing roles, with exceptional communication and relationship
skills.
● Strategic yet hands-on - able to collaborate across departments and respond
proactively.
● Demonstrates a good understanding of Asset Management best practice.
