- Competitive Salary: Starting at €829.09 per week (Year 1), rising to €959.87 per week (Year 6).
- Overtime: Guaranteed 39-hour week with opportunities for overtime up to 48 hours per week (over a 16-week rolling period).

- Annual Leave: 20 days (increasing to 23 with service), allocated as 1 week Spring, 2 weeks Summer, 1 week Winter.

- Shifts: Early, Middle, and Late shifts in operation. We operate 364 days a year, only closed on Christmas Day.
