We're working with a forward-thinking organisation undergoing an exciting transformation - and they're looking for experienced Business Analysts to join their high-impact change team.
You'll support business-wide improvement initiatives, helping to shape strategy, streamline operations, and enhance customer and colleague experiences. If you thrive on variety, enjoy solving problems, and can bring structure to complex challenges, this could be your next move.
Identify and analyse business problems and opportunities
Map and redesign processes (as-is/to-be) to improve efficiency
Translate requirements into actionable insights and user stories
Use data tools (Excel, SQL, Power BI) to support decisions
Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver change
Support UAT and lead lessons learned sessions
Proven experience in a Business Analyst role (regulated industry experience a plus)
Strong analytical skills and a data-led mindset
Confident communicator with excellent stakeholder management
Familiarity with BA tools and frameworks
Ability to juggle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
