Pay Rate: ÂŁ30 - ÂŁ38 per hour (DOE).
Flexible Schedule: Enjoy a 4-day condensed week (choose from Mon-Thu or Tue-Fri). Perfect for long weekends or commuting!
Relocation Support: We are happy to discuss an expenses package to assist with your transition.
Accommodation: While it is currently peak season, there is plenty of availability in the area, and we can provide guidance on securing a spot.
🛡️ The Role
Joining the Care & Protection team, you will be at the heart of statutory Children & Families work. You'll be responsible for:
Managing a caseload of children in need of care and protection.
Conducting high-quality assessments and implementing robust intervention plans.
Collaborating with multi-agency partners to ensure the best outcomes for young people.

Proven experience in Statutory Children & Families social work.
Strong assessment and report-writing skills.
Registration with the SSSC (or equivalent and willing to register).
A passion for child-centered practice in a rural yet dynamic setting.
