The Career Advisor is a pivotal figure within the academy, serving as the primary link between students, parents, and the local labour market. The successful candidate will lead the development of a robust careers program fostering a culture of high aspirations. You will work closely with the leadership team to ensure that every student, regardless of background, receives impartial and empowering guidance.

... - Level 6 Qualification in Career Guidance.
- Proven experience working with young people.
- Enhanced DBS on the update service.
- Eligibility right to work in the UK.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct 1-to-1 career guidance interviews.
- Manage and update the school's careers plan.
- Organise careers fairs and employer visits.
- Coordinate work experience placements.
- Monitor and report on student destinations.
- Deliver career-themed workshops and assemblies.
- Advise staff on integrating careers into the curriculum.
- Liaise with external agencies and local businesses.
- Support students with college and job applications.
- Manage the careers budget and resources.
