Key Responsibilities:

• Undertake assessments and deliver focused interventions to safeguard children.

• Manage a caseload in line with service requirements.

• Prepare high-quality reports for conference, court, and panels.

• Work collaboratively with other agencies and professionals to achieve the best outcomes.

• Contribute to the development and implementation of care and protection plans.

• Adhere to statutory guidelines and departmental policies.

Requirements:

• Qualified Social Worker (Degree/DipSW/CQSW)

• Registered with Social Work England

• Minimum 3 years post-qualification experience in safeguarding and statutory children's services

• Strong working knowledge of Children Act 1989, Working Together 2018, and relevant safeguarding legislation

• Excellent communication, assessment, and analytical skills
