Your Role and Responsibilities
Provide high-standard, 24-hour care to vulnerable young people.
Support service users dealing with early trauma and emotional behavioural difficulties (EBD).
Foster independence by accompanying young people to school and community activities.
Maintain clear professional boundaries and adhere to National Care Standards.
Collaborate effectively with existing teams to ensure a safe, nurturing environment.
Work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holiday periods.
What we need from you
Experience: Proven background in a residential setting working with young people.
Registration: Must be registered (or willing to register) under the PVG scheme.
Qualifications: SVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care (or equivalent) is highly desirable.
Drivers: A full UK driving licence is preferred.
Communication: Strong interpersonal skills and a proactive "can-do" attitude.
