Randstad is recruiting on behalf of Sutton Council for experienced and passionate Social Workers to join their Locality Team.

Key Responsibilities
Undertake assessments, care planning, and reviews in line with statutory requirements.
Work collaboratively with service users, families, and partner agencies to promote independence and well-being.
Manage a caseload, ensuring all work is completed within agreed timescales.
Contribute to safeguarding investigations and multi-agency meetings.
Maintain accurate and timely case records.
Requirements
Social Work qualification and at least one year's post-qualifying experience in a social work role
- If you are a newly qualified social worker, we still consider you if you are on your Assessed and Supported Year in Employment (ASYE) programme.
Current Social Work England registration.
Valid UK driving licence and access to a vehicle for work, with business insurance cover (where required).
Ability to actively use supervision for accountability, professional reflection, and development.
Strong understanding of frameworks, theory, and research relevant to the practice setting.
Knowledge of legal and policy frameworks that safeguard vulnerable service users, specifically within locality services.
