Days (08:00 - 20:00): £15.35 / hour
Waking Nights (20:00 - 08:00): £16.88 / hour
Sleep-ins (10:00 - 23:00 + Sleep + 08:00 - 10:00): £63.04 flat rate
The Role
Support children with emotional, behavioral, and trauma-related needs within various residential children's homes.
Requirements
Experience: Proven track record in Residential Children's Homes handling trauma and challenging behaviors.
Availability: Flexible to work both day and night shifts.
Travel: Willing to travel up to 1 hour to various homes (Car driver preferred but not essential).
Legal: Right to Work in the UK with no hourly restrictions (cannot accept 20-hour visa restrictions).
