Job SummaryAs the Children's Home Manager, you will be instrumental in cultivating a warm, stable, and child-centred atmosphere. Your leadership will ensure the home delivers exceptional care, adhering strictly to all Ofsted and safeguarding standards. You will foster an environment defined by kindness, respect, and continuous growth. Key responsibilities include leading and inspiring your team, ensuring each child's unique needs are met, overseeing meticulous care planning and behaviour support strategies, maintaining full compliance with Ofsted regulations, cultivating strong relationships with external stakeholders, and efficiently managing budgets and resources.

Qualification/Education
Possession of a Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare (or an equivalent qualification) is essential.
Experience
Demonstrable experience in managing an Ofsted-regulated EBD home is a prerequisite for this role.

- Exceptional leadership and communication abilities, with a proven capacity to inspire and empower team members.

£60,000 - £67,500 per annum, commensurate with experience.
