Children's Residential Support Worker - Autism & Learning Disabilities
Location: Withernsea (East Riding, 30 minutes from Hull)
Salary: £27,000 + Sleep-in Allowance
Hours: Full-Time - 40 hours per week
Shift Pattern: 07:30am-11:00pm + sleep-in (11:00pm-08:00am), followed by 2 days off

Rota: Rolling rota with every 3rd weekend off fully
Are you a compassionate, engaging, and reliable individual who wants to make a real difference in children's lives? We are seeking a Children's Residential Support Worker to join a warm, family-style home supporting four children with Autism and Learning Disabilities.
About the Role:
Work in a child-focused, stable, and supportive environment
Support young people with daily routines, emotional wellbeing, and activities
Some personal care required for one child
Encourage development, independence, and engagement through everyday life and structured activities

What We're Looking For:
Male or Female applicants welcome
Must be a driver (due to the rural location; easily commutable from Hull)
Someone who genuinely enjoys spending time with children, building relationships, and getting involved
Looking for a long-term, stable role within a nurturing environment
Experience is welcome but not essential - full training will be provided for the right person
Additional Information:
Temp-to-perm contract (12 weeks) with the potential for a permanent role
The service is managed by an experienced Home Manager who promotes a family-home atmosphere
